REFUND POLICY

Size exchange

If a piece does not fit as you hoped, you may exchange it for another size within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the piece must be unworn, unwashed and returned with its original tags attached.

Exchanges are subject to the availability of the size you request.

How to request an exchange

Write to meluheritage@gmail.com or call +91 70111 24405 within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and the size you would like. We will reply with the next steps.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as it arrives, with your order number and a photograph, and we will put it right.
